Following the raw release of Untamed: Awakening the Wild Woman, this day - retreat marks the season of becoming. As we enter Spring, the time of renewal and creation. we gather to awaken what’s been planted within us, to rise into our embodied feminine power, and to live as the fullest expression of who we are.
Through movement, ceremony, sound, and energy work, you’ll be guided to integrate the wisdom you’ve reclaimed, not just to feel your power, but to become it.

Becoming Her, a Tantric Journey into Embodied Intention with Lina:
Lina will lead with an invitation to soften into safety, connection, and presence. Through gentle somatic movement and tantra-inspired practices, you’ll release the armor of daily life and reconnect to the rhythm of your body and breath.
As our hearts open and our bodies ground, we anchor into the energy of devotion, love, and sisterhood preparing to fully step into the Wild Woman Embodied
Embodied Vibrations with Arleth:
Arleth will guide you into a conscious connection with sound and vibration. Through Quartz and Alchemy crystal singing bowls, you’ll explore how frequency moves through the body, awakening awareness, harmony, and energetic flow.
This blends sound with embodiment, grounding your energy and preparing you for the deeper journey ahead.
Tantric Breath work & Reiki with Carmen:
Carmen will facilitate a tantric breath work journey, inviting you to reconnect with the wisdom of your breath and the sensations of the body. Through intentional tantric breathing techniques, we'll explore ways to restore vitality, move energy, and gently awaken the Kundalini life force within. She will also be sharing Reiki energy within the space, holding a container of grounding, restoration, and heart-centered connection.
Wild Woman Embodied Ceremony:
This is the heart of the Untamed experience. A multidimensional journey of remembrance, reclamation, and rebirth.
In this immersive ceremony, Lina, Carmen, and Arleth unite their gifts to guide you through a powerful initiation into the embodied feminine. Through movement, sound, and energy, you’ll be invited to shed old layers, awaken the wisdom of your body, and rise into your most radiant expression.
Drum Circle Closing Ceremony w/ Primitive Experience:
To close our journey, we gather in a powerful drum circle led by The Primitive Experience. The primal rhythm of the drum invites the body to move, release, and integrate the day’s embodiment practices. As the steady pulse of the masculine meets the awakened feminine, we anchor the untamed energy cultivated throughout our time together.

Meet your facilitators
Carmen Rodriguez
My journey began with a spiritual awakening and the longing to become a better version of myself. Growing up with depression and anxiety, I felt a constant pull to seek something deeper. In 2020, I realized that plant medicine had been with me all along, guiding me to choose natural remedies over pharmaceuticals. Becoming a certified herbalist became one of the most profound journeys of my life, as plants taught me how to transform pain into wisdom and showed me how they are allies in healing both personal and collective wounds.
Reiki soon followed; though in truth, it had always lived within me. This sacred Japanese healing art helped me face and integrate some of the darkest parts of myself. Through Reiki, breathwork, and embodied practice, I learned that when the mind and body reconnect, healing begins to flow naturally.
Today, as an intuitive healer, herbalist, and Reiki Master practitioner, and the founder of Indigo Vida, I create sacred containers for healing, activation, and self-recovery. Through remedies, workshops, and ceremonies, I support others in shedding old patterns, reclaiming their power, and remembering their truth. I believe healing is not a path we walk alone, it is a communal remembering. With love at the center of all I do, I hold space for others to return to their inner wisdom and embody their most authentic selves.

My name is Arleth Torres owner of Reunity Wellness. I am a facilitator for healing utilizing Sound, Essential Oils, Crystals & Sacred Geometry. In the pursuit of healing my own struggles with emotional, physical & mental harmony, I began to integrate various wholistic modalities and thus far I’ve attained CMA-accredited certifications in Sound Healing, Crystal & Chakra Healing, and Auriculotherapy. I’m incredibly honored & grateful to share my wisdom, my heart, and medicine with anyone who is open to receive
I’m also a mother of 2 amazing humans, fur mom to 2 
, a wife, daytime paralegal, and friend to all sentient beings!

Hi y’all, I am a sensual yoga guide, sacred space holder, and embodiment coach. I help women slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and awaken their sensuality through movement, somatics, and intentional touch.
My work is rooted in deep spirituality, honoring the body as a sacred vessel and the feminine as a force of wisdom and power. Through my classes, workshops, and private coaching, I hold space for women to soften, to feel, to reclaim their power, their voice, and their body.
I create spaces for the women who are ready to step into their full expression of themselves, who aren't afraid to go against the grain, rise in their feminine, and bring healing & balance into the world.
