My name is Lina, and I am an sensual embodiment guide and a 200-hour yoga instructor. My mission is to bridge the gap between spirituality and sensuality, focusing on deepening the love we have for ourselves while developing the relationship with God.
As I went into the depths of my shadows, I was able to find true intimacy with the different aspects of myself. This new found intimacy was one I cultivated with a deeper relationship with God. The deeper I fell in love with myself, the deeper I fell in love with God. We are one, and there is no separation. I can not love God without loving me.
We were created to experience everything created by our Creator. We use our senses to have this human experience. By acknowledging and embracing the sensory aspects of life, spirituality can become more grounded and accessible, leading to a holistic experience that honors both the body and the spirit.

Do I need prior experience to join your classes?
Not at all! My classes are designed for all levels—whether you’re new to somatic practices or have experience with movement and breathwork. There’s no right or wrong way to move in my space; this is about tuning into what feels good for you.
What type of yoga do you teach?
I don’t teach traditional yoga—my practice is a fusion of somatic movement, embodiment, breathwork, and spiritual connection. My classes are designed to help women feel, express, and connect with their bodies in an intuitive and deeply healing way. Instead of focusing on structured poses, I guide you through fluid, intentional movement that awakens feminine energy, releases stored tension, and cultivates self-trust and embodiment. It’s a blend of nervous system regulation, sensual expression, and deep presence—where movement becomes a sacred ritual rather than just exercise.
What is embodiment, and why is it important?
Embodiment is the practice of being fully present in your body—feeling, sensing, and moving with awareness. Many of us live disconnected from our physical selves, operating from the mind rather than the body. Through movement, breathwork, and somatic awareness, embodiment helps you reconnect to your body’s wisdom, release stored emotions, and cultivate self-trust, confidence, and deep self-connection.
How is your approach different from traditional yoga or fitness classes?
Unlike traditional yoga or fitness classes that focus on structure and form, my approach to movement is intuitive, fluid, and rooted in feminine energy. My classes are about feeling rather than performing. They incorporate somatic healing, spiritual embodiment, and deep self-awareness, allowing you to move in a way that is both nourishing and liberating.
